Trash Dumping Hall of Shame
As I have mentioned before I believe there is a strong need for an anti dumping and anti litter bylaw in Clinton. I was alerted to the renewed dumping behind Parkhurst School and Fuller Field recently and thought I'd take a couple pictures for the hall of shame here.
